Shipping & Returns

Digital products purchased from Pelican Book Group do not require a shipping address. However, if you are using your credit card, you may get an error or declined message if the shipping address and your billing address do not match.

Digital purchases are not returnable, and no refunds are given on digital download purchases.

If you should have problems with your purchase, such as the file is corrupt or you are unable to open it, please contact us at customer@pelicanbookgroup.com with all pertinent information. Please be advised that Customer Service is not available 24/7. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.

Paperbacks and other tangible items are returnable only if damaged by shipper. Manufacturing defects will be remedied by providing a replacement copy. You may be required to email a photo of the defect. Contact us for details at customer@pelicanbookgroup.com. Print orders are fulfilled and ship within 2-4 weeks. Please allow for ample time before sending us queries regarding your order. It may take 6-8 weeks from the order date to receive a shipped order.

Downloading digital purchases.

Once your payment confirmation is processed, your downloadable purchases are ready for delivery, however downloads do not happen without your input. A popup download box will appear with links to the downloadable files. Please read all messages that may be included in the pop-up to help assist you with this process. If you have a firewall, you may wish to shut it down during this process as it may interfere with the download. When the box appears, click on Save to save the e-book file to your computer in a location of your choice. Please do not try to save directly to your reading device such as a Kindle or Nook. Save the file to your computer first and then transfer them to your device.

Download links are also included in your confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You may also access your files by logging in to your account. Click My Account and view your purchases. In the view there will be a download button. Please note, that links expire in 15 days and download attempts are limited to 3. You will not be able to download them after that.
