5 of 5 Stars A fun Christmas tale set in the American West. This story has romance, intrigue, and faith. I liked that Elena, the female protagonist, is a strong character who defies a lot of societal norms to run her ranch along with her grandmother. I also enjoyed the emphasis on seeking forgiveness from God and forgiving oneself. After James was attacked, I thought I knew who the culprit was, but the author had me completely fooled until the end. This is an entertaining story to help you get in the Christmas spirit.
