5 of 5 Stars I really enjoyed this inspirational story by Tanya Hanson. Once I started reading it, I couldn’t put it down! The author has crafted a captivating story about a young woman, Elena Montoya, who plans to inherit her grandfather’s ranch. But then a handsome stranger, James Conrad, arrives and claims he is the rightful heir…and he has proof. Then the mystery begins. Someone tries to kill James and make it look like an accident. And even though he plans to take the ranch from her, Elena can’t help but be attracted to James. The descriptions of the ranch and surrounding land are beautifully written and made me feel like I was right there with the characters. The intrigue kept me awake trying to solve the mystery, and I still didn’t figure it out… “The Heart of a Stranger” is an entertaining and inspiring story.
