Jillian leaves and goes to the Lodge at Christmas Lake, which is where she grew up. She and Tanner first fell in love there and she goes there for healing and comfort from her dearest friends. Meanwhile, Tanner goes to the golf course thinking he can burn away his anger but it doesn’t work until his best friend counsels him gently. This is a story about setting priorities that work in a marriage for both partners. But it is also about forgiveness. Beautifully written, this tale is one you won’t forget.
