5 of 5 Stars A touching love story with just the right amount of suspense and the perfect sequel to Christmas at Whispering Creek. I enjoyed getting to know characters who had a minor role in the first novel and getting to see different perspectives of the main characters from that book, particularly the way Wade viewed his younger brother, Cole. I appreciated the themes of trusting God and forgiveness, things I’m sure we all struggle with sometimes. I was captivated with the story from beginning to end, but the humor sprinkled throughout kept it from getting too intense. I highly recommend this book!
