The only thing other than their lives that could get in the way of their happily ever after is their work. And, of course, since they both work for the police force, work does get in the way. Work, old enemies they’d put behind bars, conspiracy at the highest levels, and not one, but four major bomb threats. The bombs are scheduled, according to the brash anonymous bombers, to go off in such a way as to impact the highly publicized Nursery Rhyme marathon. In order to try and get close to the scenes and protect as many people as possible, Isabel and her team decide to go as three blind mice—hence the apropos title. But time is running out and the clues are falling apart. It looks as if disaster will happen after all. Be aware, this book ends on a cliffhanger. But it is totally worth the read!
