5 of 5 Stars Loved every page. This book is a real page turner. A dressmaker and a new deputy lawman may not have much in common aside from a few mutual friends in town, but in a small town where everyone knows everyone else, Gertrude and Enoch can't help but keep running into each other. Fave scene has to be where Enoch offers to work in the dress shop while Gertrude goes to assist at a birth. And I love the guinea pigs. they make wonderful secondary characters.
