When Megan Donovan’s grandfather dies and her mother inherits his land, painful memories of her abusive father make her mother want to sell the land and be rid of her past. However, Megan wants to go see the land before they sell it, so she leaves home to go to the small town of Five Forks, Montana. Her decision turns out to be life-changing. She falls in love with the quaint town, its friendly people, and the beauty of the wild countryside. Not to mention Cowboy Cam. But something’s not quite right.

I enjoyed this sweet story of second chances and redemption. I fell in love with the townspeople, and there’s just enough mystery to keep you guessing to the end.
