Well, when I started Shrouded In Secrets I had no clue that I was in for one wild ride of Indiana Jones style adventure spanning the globe. But that's exactly what I got! From the desert sands of Egypt to tribal land in Arizona, from the gorgeous waters of Bimini to historic churches in South America. Yeah, Kim McMahill takes her ragtag group and readers on a white-knuckle trip around the world in search of dangerous people and even more dangerous relics.

So, if you are looking for a historically and scientifically accurate book, Shrouded In Secrets will probably be a miss for you, but, if you are looking for some fun escapist action adventure Kim McMahill's book just may be up your alley.

Erring more on the side of clean read there was a little innuendo, language, and some violence, but nothing overly graphic. If it were a movie I think it would probably get a higher end PG rating.

This was one of the few audiobooks that I've listened to with a male narrator but it was definitely the right choice for the storyline. I felt he did a great job with all of the characters and the sound quality was good. Overall, I enjoyed the audiobook, both production and story-wise.

(I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions are entirely my own.)
