An  important day for all Christians&#8211;the day Christ tells us of the new and  everlasting covenant. For Catholics, this holds an additional  significance: The institution of the Eucharist, the &#8220;source and summit&#8221;  of the faith, which is Christ&#8217;s Body and Blood.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s  reflect today on the blood of the new covenant. By His stripes we are  healed. By His blood we are redeemed. By His resurrection, we are saved  from death.
