The inspiration came from Habbakuk. Here is the passage&#8211; <br \/>Habakkuk 2:2-3 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Write the Vision. It seems to sum up what authors of Christian fiction do\u2014They write the Vision. They tell of God\u2019s love and grace. And this is important, because we see in Proverbs 29:18, \u201cwhere there is no vision, the people perish.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>It is a special calling then, a Christian writer has, because when you do write of that Vision, those who read it then can run with it. <br \/>Hebrews 12:1 &#8230;let us run with patience the race that is set before us&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And if you have writer\u2019s block or you just can\u2019t seem to find the words, remember Habakkuk 2:3 &#8230;though it tarry, wait for it&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps, you had an amazing 2011 or maybe you didn\u2019t meet your writing goals last year, either way forget those past things and set your eyes on what lies ahead in 2012. <\/p>\n<p>This is a new year, a new start. There\u2019s a path before you, a goal to reach.<\/p>\n<p>Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.<\/p>\n<p>And Write The Vision!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may ask, why is it Write the Vision Wednesday?
