It&#39;s easy to start thinking something is dead, buried, gone&#8211;whether that something is a heart, a relationship, or a secret dream. Like a rose in winter, a single touch from God restores hope and brings newness of life.\n\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"100%\">\n\t\t\t\t<strong>What book are you reading now?<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\tTaming Julia by Jodie Wolfe. Julia (Jules) is such a charming and unique character that I fell in love with her within the first few pages. You just want to wrap your arms around her and protect her. I so appreciate characters who are easy to love.\n\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"100%\">\n\t\t\t\t<strong>What do you do when you&#39;re not writing?<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\tWhen I&#39;m not writing, I&#39;m playing with our dogs &#8230; a Shih Tzu named Sophie, a German Shepherd named Judah, and a Chug (Chihuahua\/Pug mix) who is the boss of the world and very aptly named Scrappy.\n\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"100%\">\n\t\t\t\t<strong>Do you have advice for other writers?<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\tMy advice to other writers is to always read books from authors who are a better writer than you. That way you&#39;ll grow in your understanding and your craft. I also advise any writer to attend at least one writer&#39;s conference every year.
