Sometimes, the multiple changes made to a\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/pelicanbookgroup.com\/blog\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/TC_changemarkup.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pelicanbookgroup.com\/blog\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/TC_changemarkup.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>document can seem overwhelming. Don\u2019t be afraid to change the way the document looks on the screen. To do this, navigate to the Track Changes option and change the \u201cview\u201d from <b>Final: Show Markup<\/b> to <b>Final<\/b>. This will show you a clean document as it will be once all the changes are accepted. Then, edit at will. Your changes are still tracked, just temporarily hidden from view.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>(Note that changing the view to Final, will also hide comments.)<\/i><\/div>\n<p><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-Qu7puuSq5Eo\/VkvBNTyQ1nI\/AAAAAAAAA3w\/aNzFv2IRc_M\/s1600\/TC_options_colours.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pelicanbookgroup.com\/blog\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/TC_options_colours.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>If you\u2019d rather see all the tracked changes, but are distracted by the different colours imposed by multiple editors, try changing the Track Changes Markup options so that the insertions and deletions are noted in the specific colour of your choice (choose from the drop-down) rather than \u201cby author.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Accept or Reject more than one change at a time<\/b>.
