This book grabbed my attention from the get go. A pirate pretending to be a vicar? And a good pirate at that? Did such a person exist? I'm not going to give too much away, except to say I read far later than I should have done as this book is not easy to put down. Real, three dimensional hero and heroine, both with flaws of their own, not to mention secrets, and well describe scenery, along with a wonderful cast of secondary characters bring this novel to life. Not to be missed.
I was given a review copy by the author, but enjoyed it so much, I bought a copy as well.
