A Special Message from the Publisher
As the editor-in-chief and publisher at Pelican Book Group, I'd like to take a moment to thank you for visiting our website and for supporting our ministry.
It has been our goal since Pelican's inception to provide quality Christian fiction that both entertains and inspires men and women of all ages to seek or deepen an authentic faith in Jesus Christ. Whether in short story or long novel form, Pelican books will always uphold the wholesome morals and values outlined for us by Christ Himself. It has been our privilege to partner with readers like you in this endeavor.
You may think it sounds trite, or like some type of sales pitch to say we at Pelican and you, our valued readers, are partners; but it is the truth. We do what we do for you and because of you. Without you, we couldn't spread the love of Christ to the world. We need you! ...And this wonderful, entertaining pastime we call Christian romance or speculative fiction or inspy mysteries (choose your genre!) is such a fun way in which to spotlight the hope we as Christians have in Jesus, isn't it?
Whether you are a Christian or non-Christian, it is our goal, and my personal hope, that no matter what Pelican book you choose to read, you'll enjoy a wholesome story filled with themes that uplift you and brighten your day — without being too preachy, for sure.
Know that you are in our prayers daily, and if you have a specific prayer request, do click the link at the top of the page and let us know.
Blessings to you,
Nicola Martinez, Editor-in-Chief
